Ryan Garcia was dropped in the 2nd round by an overhand left from Campbell.
In the 7th round, Garcia landed a hard left hook to the liver of Campbell who was counted out by referee Laurence Cole at 1:58 of the round.
With the win comes the WBC Interim lightweight title and the mandatory contender position to full champion Devin Haney.
