Chris Billam-Smith wins two knockdown decision of Vasil Ducar

Chris 'The Gentleman' Billam-Smith bludgeoned his way to a unanimous 10 round decision win over Czech import Vasil Ducar on the Okolie vs Glowacki undercard from the SSE Arena, Wembley.

Ducar was tough and ambitious, getting up from knockdowns in the 4th and 6th rounds, but one couldn't help but think that Billam-Smith could have impressed far more with a more thoughtful approach. He clearly has the tools at this level at least, he just needs to learn to use the jab, control his distance and not simply walk forward with an 'I hit harder than you' approach.

Still, another good experience for the 30-year-old who moves to 12-1-0 with the single loss to Richard Riakporhe by way of a split decision.
